What is tv am?

TV-am was a British breakfast television station that aired from 1983 to 1992. It was the first commercial breakfast television service in the UK and competed with the BBC's breakfast program. The channel's flagship show was Good Morning Britain, which was presented by a range of hosts including Anne Diamond, Nick Owen, and Mike Morris. TV-am also featured a variety of programming, including news, lifestyle, and entertainment shows. The channel struggled with financial problems and ratings, and was eventually bought by GMTV in 1993.
